I know most people love their Franchise Restaurants, but as a rule hubby and I are really not Lemmings.

One exception, the Lone Spur in Brentwood Park.

Since it opened it's doors we visited it quite a few times, especially because my Niece could enjoy herself in the play area.

We've had Christmas Lunches, Birthday Celebrations and a few just spending time as a family Lunches here.

I cannot recall one incident when the food was not what we had in mind, poor service from the wait staff, kitchen or management, a great feat that is the reason we don't usually go too Franchises.

Our last visit was our first without my mom who passed away a year ago, but it was for my Birthday and that of my Closest friend, and the experience was probably better that it was before.

What a SUPER experience. Staff were EXCEPTIONAL. Our waiter, Edmund, went above and beyond. Thank you for your effort and friendly smile.
Love the added safety for the kids with the electronic clothing tag and the wrist bands. Also, the child minders are amazing. Allows parents to relax a bit knowing their little ones are safe. Thank you for a wonderful time. Will definitely be back.

Loved the food. Waitresses/waiters are great and friendly. Knows the food and make excellent recommendations. Atmosphere is very good. Remember this is a family restaurant hence not for people who wants a quiet night out.

Worst steak I've ever had. 40% gristle and came out with steak sauce on it despite requesting mushroom sauce, which was served on the side. Everything else was good, particularly the chicken with Peri Peri sauce. Service was great too.

Awesome experience. The hake and calamari was fresh and perfectly cooked. Our waiter - Africa, was incredible. This was the best customer service we have ever received at any Spur.

The service provider could not be better from Sam. Within the kids play area the lady who is
overseeing the children are humble and generous and makes time to oversee all children equally. We as a family will always support Lone Spur Steak Ranch as the food and the staff that always serves us, are from top notch quality.

Enjoyed having lunch here. The food was well prepared and delish. We were literally the only ones at the restaurant for good 3hours and we loved it. Covid-19 protocols adhered too.
