They upgraded my laptop's harddrive (to SSD) and RAM, and I feel it was the BEST R2k I've spent in a LONG time!!
They were patient, helpful and totally accommodating, despite my ignorance and indecision. I am SO glad I trusted them.

Bought a Small Mouse for R150
The left button did not work out the box.
The next day took it back...
They what to send it back to the manufacture for a warranty check.
The cost just to ship it there is a R150. Bad service.

Good customer service would have been to give me a new mouse or even store credit.

If you need computer parts Evetech and Titan ice computers.
Please don't support this store.

Great service.
Went there to buy a product that they didn't have in stock and needed it urgently. The staff made arrangements and was able to get it the next day.
Definitely deserves 5 stars!

The power source to my poorly assembled second-hand PC blew and they fixed it in minutes at a super reasonable cost. No-nonsense, straightforward and didn't try to take advantage. I will be using them for my tech needs. Trustworthy crowd.

Dont appreciate spending R9000+ on a projector only to find out they dont stock the lamps for it, Its like selling a car without wheels when it comes to projectors, seriously!
so now a very expensive projector is out of commission and I dont even get re-assurance or sense of urgency that this frustrating dilemma will be attended to. The staff dont come across as bright or have any sense of customer care! Ask for owners details and all I get is another blank answer... My 5 years of business given to this store has just come to an end!

Friendly helpful straight shooters within. Went in for a charger cable and ended up with a fully upgraded "beast of a machine" in the form of my desktop computer. I am a cantankerous old dude when I feel somebody is trying to pull the wool over my eyes, yet this was certainly not the case. I was treated with nothing but respect and patience, and I learnt so much from them. If, like me, you don't know who to trust these days, go to Bonaero Park Branch and you are guaranteed to be glad you did.
