Yummy pizza and good value. Their staff and management can be a bit miserable, even though they have always accommodated my requests to change an item on the pizza we order. If they were keen to help and had a great attitude I’d rate them 5 stars. Can’t fault their food. Yum!

Worst owner u0026 customer service ever! DO NOT PLACE PHONE ORDERS WITH THIS STORE! They ABSOLUTELY do not care about proper customer service u0026 delivering good service. I’ll be taking up this unprofessional experience up with their head office.

Service is prompt. Just as a foot note, the closing times as stipulated in your till slip 20pm and 19pm needs to be corrected, as there is NO PM when using 24th hour format. It is either 8PM or 20h00

The service is very horrible. I ordered a pizza and requested additional toppings, it came without the topping, I called back and they assured me that they were taking back the pizza and replace it, but they did not.

When I made a follow up, they said they had no delivery man. I waited for up to hours and as I am typing, I am still waiting its now 3 hours

Really? 8min on the phone to order 4 pizza's and bstyle to ecplian to the driver where we are? Then have to pay delivery but we are up the road? Not a good experience! Person taking the order never asked my address until O asked him if he knows where to deliver!

The chicken took almost 30 minutes to be ready....It would also be nice to not have food all packed in take away bags while it's a sit in order now before eating you have to unpack everything from 3 paper bags, tables get full and you just cannot enjoy the food

Great tasting fresh real pizza and fast delivery...a bit expensive compared to Romans but definitely not a cookie base, love the wood oven sourdough base.
