A must-try for a relaxed day out. Butho, our waiter, was so attentive and caring he made us feel so welcome. The food was good, portions will fill you up and the prices aren't bad at all. Our total bill came to just over R400 for 3 meals and 3 drinks. We sat at the outdoor section which was nice and cool, they have those water mist things that keep you even cooler.

Beautiful place, great atmosphere and good survive. Just ordered a dish called health breast and it is to die for. It's a busy place with friendly waiters ( love it )

I forgot to mention that this dish is a bit salty. I personally love a bit of salt on my meal, so the dish was perfect for me. Will be going back soon to try other dishes, will update you.

We stopped by Malt on our way elsewhere, but in the end we nearly changed our original plans. Friendly service, delicious drinks and from previous experience we knew that their food is delicious. Will definitely be back for a full meal and more!

Great place for the family, really good service, we were well taken care of. They went our of their way to make us comfortable. Would definitely recommend and would make this one of my regular places to visit.

WOWWWWWW ! THE BEST FOOD IN MY LIFE

As a local reviewer I look for exceptional food.
Malt is my go to restaurant.
I drive 45 minutes to eat at this restaurant.

Food :
- ABSOLUTELY EXCEPTIONAL! (15 min we had food on a Friday busy night !)
We had a chicken schnitzel which is my go to meal and wow ! Amazing.
My other half had a burger and wow truly so amazing.
- Drinks are truly astounding and so delicious.

Atmosphere :
- exciting !
- viby for all ages !
- happy with excitement

Popped past to get some tea and waffles. The service was wonderful and the waiters efficient and friendly. The waffles were delicious, reasonably priced and we loved the topping options. Will have to go back soon to try another type.

We had such a great evening at Malt Barrel u0026 Fire. The food is of good quality and very tasty!

Also have a wide variety of choices on the menu, so anyone can come have a visit if you in the mood for something else.
