Great place, cool atmosphere, nice rooms and the staff is generally very good. A little confusion with staff being able to direct me to my hotel after my car dropped me off at the wrong entrance which caused a long walk after a flight, dragging luggage through the resort. Staff should be better trained to be able to give directions, but this is an easy fix for management and the resort is very good.

Conveniently located at Monte Casino with secure underground parking. Very clean rooms, fresh linen and prompt, friendly service from all the staff. Breakfast is included in the nightly rate and is a substantial buffet. Rooms are comfortable and open plan (just like the pictures) but small. The shower cubicle is very spacious but the toilet cubicle is small. The size of the room caters for one medium sized suitcase only. Luggage for two people makes it cramped, especially if you're travelling with 2 suitcases and 2 overnight bags. There is little room or floor space to accommodate this. It would have been nice to have had towel/jacket hooks in the rooms. Rooms are perfect for short stays or weekend getaways when you don't need to be living out of suitcases.

Perfect place for a short break. Room has all the basic requirements and very clean and spacious. Breakfast is a bit on the busy side, with good food and drinks. Service was excellent with friendly and help staff, including security.

What an absolute pleasure staying at SunSquare! My husband and I booked a weekend stay for a friend's wedding and enjoyed every second! We were a bit taken back at how friendly everyone was! A massive shock to our system but so appreciated! We arrived early and they checked us in without hesitation! The breakfast was on point! Room was great! Everything was just so good! Will highly recommend them and will definitely be back! Thank you for making our stay so great!!

Quite enjoyed the stay, the breakfast was excellent, the room was nice and clean and the staff were very welcoming. It was quire nice being in the centre of everything entertaining. That being said only half of the room lights were functioning, the aircon was set too hot and we couldn't really change it as it changed right back... 6/10 would go again.

Enjoyed my stay at the hotel????????!
???? · Overall hotel experience was pleasant and enjoyable. The staff was welcoming and friendly. They endeavored to make the stay as comfortable as possible. Room was clean with the basic things required.

???? · Taxi from the airport was a total let down. Very disappointed with the service and the drivers unprofessional behavior. Not worth any penny paid, it was unsafe and unpleasant experience.

Went for a Business event and was absolutely pleased with the Rooms, Services and Staff.
The restaurant, Riffs had amazing food. Friendly staff and manager seems to have everything in control. Would definitely visit again. Thank you.
