Really really good experience. Everything was as expected. The rooms could use a little attention, doors were a bit sticky, but it was still very comfortable, neat. Breakfast was okay, not the freshest, but I enjoyed it. Location is unbeatable, right next to Montecasino (walking distance) Very secure Parking as well.

Loadshedding and no heaters in the room. Very unpleasant, freezing night. Wheelchair accessible room... asked for non smoking. Put into smoking room. Bathroom is big enough for proper wheelchair accessible. Wooden fold down seat not right for a paraplegic to sit on, metal around seat cuts into the back of legs.
Suggestion... get a proper moveable shower chair/komode that can be requested.
Staff so willing, professional and friendly.

The place is beautiful and the service. Restaurant side is bad menu is limited and the food does not meet the standard of the hotel.. bar side expensive with little to no alcohol, there's always shortage from soft drinks to alcohol..

Rooms are comfortable, meals adequate but TV channels restricted and some not working when I got there, but a good all round experience
