Children played at the water fountain and the food was scrumptious. Hein had steak, egg u0026 chips - chips were crispy and yum, steak cooked to perfection. I had the delicious sardines and we shared the hot chicken livers.

PortuGalo definitely delivered on delicious food and unique drinks

The vibe is beautiful as you can decide if you you want to site outside and listen to the live music over the weekend or inside should you require a quieter vibe

The service was slow that was the only negative on my end. I would go back a second time as this may have been a once of thing and the food deserves another go! ????

I had a pleasant experience!
During the week they have date night special that I would really recommend.

It includes a starter for each, main course, dessert to share and a bottle of wine.

The food is very nice. The place has a nice atmosphere. Just be careful with your thin chair legs or high heels if you sit upstairs on the balcony - the spaces between the wooden floor planks are just enough to slip these through :) Otherwise it is a decent experience and they have date-night specials on Fridays!

Food was absolutely delicious. We were served by the friendly and awesome Jabulani with help from a very special lady named Given who was awesome as well. Great Service! Tasty Food! Prices are reasonable! Highly Recommended.

This place picks up where Beira Alta left off: great food, reasonable pricing, an awesome outside dining area (on a warm day evening) which all makes for one of my favourite restaurants at Montecasino.

Doesn't get 5 stars because the food was brought at random times (and not together) and they'd run out of Superbock draught.

Wow. The food was absolutely amazing. And the service is next level. We could see Gugu checking notes after she had a complicated family reunion to deal with, and each family unit doing their own tab. She got it spot on. Beautiful, friendly, communicative and a sense of humour. Make sure you get a spot in her section. Thank you.
