The staff from the security outside to the nurses and doctors are just amazing. It felt like family from day one. We had a high risk pregnancy and were at the hospital frequently. Everyone there was super helpful and caring and compassionate. Every staff member even on passing by would greet or briefly chat to us. When we were panicked and didn't know what we were doing they stepped in and were so patient with us and reassured and comforted us at every encounter. When baby was born they took such care of all of us including my husband. They go over and beyond constantly. They genuinely care about people. The best hospital ever!

Dr Retief is the best! He was my doctor for all my antenatal check ups with my son. Made me feel very welcome and felt like I was in good hands. The receptionist are so friendly and sweet too!

Drs and staff are fantastic. Excellence in care,attention, attitude and understanding my needs. Really outstanding care receive from Dr's nurses , cleaning staff , catering department and reception. Thank you for the exceptional care I received ❤ ????

The staff at Parklane go beyond all expectations. The treatment I received was beyond comprehension. They were so attentive towards my post operative care. The amount of time and effort they put into making their patients feel comfortable is beyond what my words could ever express.

I recently delivered my baby at Parklane Netcare hospital and I had the BEST experience!!
My delivery did not go according to my birthing plan unfortunately but I always felt safe and well cared for by all the staff. Dr Riaz (the anesthetist was so professional and brilliant at his job and took care of my pain), Dr Retief who ended up doing the emergency C/S was so quick, confident and skilled. Thank you also to the amazing Pediatrician, Dr Rottanburg who kept a watchful eye on my baby.
I am truly so greatful to every member of staff, the lovely nurses, midwives etc who were genuinely caring and passionate.
Thank you so much, I will never forget the amazing treatment!

Must be one of the most intimate private hospitals in Johannesburg with some of the best specialist Doctors to choose from. Easy to Navigate and can't get lost. Lovely cafe area with some great cappuccinos.

So we all know that smoking should never be done, however it's one of those habits that is difficult to just give up.... And this why a hospital will have a smoking area, having said that you would also expect the hospital to keep this area safe and clean as well as lit up at least... This is definitely not the case at Netcare Park Lane, the mear fact that the road needs to be crossed for a paitiant or anyone to have a smoke is unsafe on it own... Having ladies having to go out there is one thing now having ladies who are not well.... Different story... Hopefully the hospital will take this comment into account and Try and actually do something to help the smokers with a little better condition... FYI, I don't smoke...
