The staff is always friendly and very helpful and the equipment range and aviablablty is second to none! Very spacious and the facilities available are always very clean and well kept.

This has been my go to gym for the past 2 years and I couldn't be happier with my choice; hands down the best gym in South Africa (based on personal opinion and my experience with other gyms and branches).

Unable to train with loadshedding. Unacceptable. Unsafe at night, people had to leave the gym with cellphone lights. Generator broken. Too expensive to deliver such poor services.

Good range of equipment all in good condition. Good facilities in general. The cleaners in the men's restroom were a bit intrusive though, particularly when cleaning the floor. Perhaps this could be kept for very quiet times only.

They were quick to call me to sign on but did not follow up well. I had to go in for a consult on my own device and upon meeting the consults- it was rather dissapointing. All staff members, consults and at the desk need to be trained on customer care. it was becasue of this poor service, I went back to my old gym to sign up again. Good facilities (hence the rating) but poor service.

I’m not a regular at this gym but being in the area, I decided to check it out. They have a wide array of equipment that you do not see at many other gyms. The gym is quite spacious despite the amount of equipment. The staff are also quite friendly.

Great gym, lots of different machines, friendly staff. Clean and tidy. Cleaned throughout the day.
It has studios, cycling studio, yoga and more. Great size pool. Cafe inside too

Honestly one of the best gyms around. Not only are the staff friendly and warm and always welcoming but the equipment is in abundance and you never have to wait long to use them. At most times you never have to wait at all. Absolutely love the size and space provided with the utmost care to patron satisfaction.
