Can only check-in after 16h00, then the office is closed and you first go to security , not near the golf villas and hand in paper ( YES printed paper copies, make sure you take them with as printed copies, yes in 2022 they work on PAPER copies. GOLF Villa 12, General inside condition of golf unit 12 is good and nicely spacious. Crockery needs to some attention. Unit was NOT ready when we arrived after paying a month in advance, no apology and or offer for inconvenience, had to wait for more then an hour in the club house after driving for 6 hours. NO shower mats, it is extremely slippy to get out of shower on those tile floors, baths were absolutely atrocious dirt with paint not cleaned at all, not fit for human use. No fans or aircon's in unit, so on an extreme hot day it will be unpleasant.Towels provided, no soaps and or hand-wash.

Amazing place. The well kept gardens and villa No6.... Awesome. Very comfortable with all the nitty gritty things to make your selfcatering experience a comfortable one

Great location and views! Pity the service doesn't match the views. The unit (number 7) needs some serious upgrades. Quality of the crockery and cutlery sadly of poor quality. Wifi available but no details. Security and hotel staff need some customer service training.

Great place to rest, walk, play golf, explore knysna and surrounds. Excellent served breakfast. ( croissants to die for)

Great accommodation, very secured facilities. Braai area and deck for a nice relaxing evening

Highly recommended. Good location, safe, spacious and clean villa. Has everything you need. Close to the central areas.
