Clean, modern, very well stocked the day after a month end weekend (in comparison with other checkers branches I know). A bit smaller than other "Hyper" branches.

This supermarket is quite big. ????????

But I am happy was able to find fresh item like vegetables and fruits especially when I was shopping with my mom.

The store can get quite busy. So it would be great to have more tills open.

I have never had any trouble with the cashiers here, usually when I can't find a certain aisle, I am able to get the assistance I need which I highly appreciate. ????????????

The store is quite beautiful I must say. I love it.

Can't complain except that the area is a bit too... ????
Mall of Africa is the only down-point here.
Not as exclusive as promised and a whole lot of crime in this mall.
Niece had bank card and items along with school bag stolen and cameras were not checked by police
No proper investigation but case was closed at Midrand SAPS as insufficient evidence...

The service is absolutely appalling. The ladies at the hot food counter are soo rude. Went there today (4 July @ 14:00) and there was a customer nest to me asking them for a spoon, the lady behind the counter threw a fork on the counter. The customer repeated and said "I asked for a spoon". She then had this angry look on her face and said "There are no spoons" and clicks her tongue. She was not even wearing a name badge or a even gloves while serving people food.

They treat you like they are doing you a favor.
Its the same horrible service every time I go there. I suggest people stay the hell away from there because clearly management does nothing to solve peoples complaints.

This store is neat and clean. However, for the magnitude of customers going in and out, they should lessen the baskets of stacked products between the aisles as well as close to the pay points. Overall shopping experience was good.

Fanie the store manager is a gem. He never sits behind a desk but uses ever opportunity to walk through the entire store and ensure that his customers receive the best possible service at all times.
Have been frequenting the store for five years now and the friendly and helpful staff are highly motivated and eager to provide a consistent high level of service delivery.
Well done to Fanie and his entire crew.
Makes shopping at Checkers Mall of Africa an awesome experience every time. xxxxxx

The shopping experience is always a good at this store. It is a big store with quite a variety of products. Starbucks is inside the shop if you need a quick fix.
