The staff was friendly and nice. The room was clean and presentable. The breakfast was fine (Not really worth the cost but worth the ease). Dinner was much better. It's a totally acceptable hotel. Great for business trips and a one night stay, but maybe not one I will got out of my way to visit.

Rooms average size. Air-conditioning needs to be serviced as it does not cool down the room properly. Breakfast is great with good variety. Buffet (dinner) is too pricey for the lack of variety you can choose from. Restricted food as many of the dishes contain garlic...even the baked potatoes was flavored with garlic. Location is great. Very close to all tennis venues.

This is a top class hotel.
convenient location next to one of the biggest malls in south Africa.
plenty of parking space
The most beautiful rooms with everything working as expected

But the bar is too small and doesn't offer much for such a beautiful place in an upmarket location.....it is like an elephant's tail!

This Hotel was a pleasant stay for 3 nights at a fair price. The breakfast service was good and the selection great. The hotel is fairly new and everything is still in great shape. Its quiet considering the location. Near Mall of africa and all the businesses in Waterfall. The only crit I have is that the room did not have a plug to charge phones near the bed. The dinner service was slow.

Clean rooms! Helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast buffet although coffee on the cold side. Surprised to see vending machines that only accept cash and not credit cards.

Conveniently located hotel in Waterfall area, walking distance to Mall of Africa. Gautrain bus stop is 100m from hotel reception. Very comfortable stay, clean hotel with very good service.
