I went here around 18:50 on Friday the 16th of September 2022. By 19:05, I had already processed my seat-in order on the self-service machine. My order got ridiculously delayed. After making several follow-ups, they brought a wrong order around 19:50 and had to wait 10 more minutes for the order to be rectified.
My observation is that they prioritize the Drive-Thru and the "Uber-Eats" aka delivery guys (they were packed at the order collection point inside the restaurant, it was about 10 of them gathered together).
Way forward:
1. If you do not want to cater for seat-in customers during peak hours, please say so rather than making them wait for almost an hour for a simple order.
2. Every order needs to be prioritized, regardless of the type whatsoever.
3. The delivery guys aka "Uber-Eats" should have an external/outside collection point. More like their own special window where they collect their orders.
