They just simply decided not to deliver my order. I placed an order at 06:20pm u0026 its now 09:05pm u0026 guess what? I am hungry u0026 they are not taking my calls!!! Not only that, every other place is closed!!! Fantastic just FANTASTIC! I want my money back thanks!

Update: My order arrived @ 09:20pm exactly 3 hours after I ordered, as cold as it can be u0026 one of the pizzas was stale...mxnm! If you do not have capacity, say so and just don't take any orders!

Ordered a double stack meaty pizza. All I got was ham and tomato with lots of sauce. Horrible, if u run out of ingredients, that's is understandable, but do not accept orders if u know u cannot fulfill these orders, this indicate that you are sales hungry and not customer oriented. It was my 2nd order at this specific Debonairs, never again. I called the following day and left a message for the manager to return my call to remedy matter at branch level, but nope no call back. If a customer order A, B and F, provide A, B and F and A and G only. Debonairs don't even bother responding with the generic contact us, I explained my problem, resolve this at branch level. My order number was 318, 8 July. Btw order was replaced at 6.41pm order delivered at 8.28pm.

This is probably the worst service I've ever received from a pizza joint. I ordered chicken and mushroom on double stack but something meaty was delivered 1 hour 26 minutes later. To top it all off, the driver doesn't even have the speed point with him even though I have specifically indicated that I'll be paying with a card. Honestly speaking, this is the last time I'm ever buying anything at this shop. If there was an option not to even give one star I would because wow!

The service is horrible whether you order on the Debonairs app for collection or delivery. I waited 2 hours for pizza and it never arrived, this was after a few calls with the call center and store. The other orders that I opted to collect were never ready on time.

Blue Hills debonairs shouldn't be for people. There's no sense of urgency.... 45 mins delivery takes 90 mins at least. A huge inconvenience to order online/call-center.

Close down this restaurant! Close it down, Close it with immediate effect maan yeeerrrr!! I am very annoyed nxa???????? arg maan. And lona Debonairs Blue Hills don't respond kadi sorry! I ordered last week at 18:00 and my pizza arrived at 9:46, today i decided to give you guys a benefit of a doubt and nooo! Still!! Ordered at 18:00 and my order hasn't arrived yet and its 21:01 hai maam nxa

We ordered a chicken mushroom on double stack for delivery. The delivery guy gets here with no speed point, and gives us a something meaty pizza. Their service is appalling to say the least. Upon calling them to correct this, we told to wait another 20 minutes or fetch it ourselves, mind you we can't even eat the other one. Disgusting service really.
