I ordered fishaways through the app and never received my order. No refund has been issued and I've tried to contact fishaways via email but have not received a response. It's been weeks.

Pathetic service from the staff!!! Was there ask about hake and chips. The guy assisting me was not interested helping instead he was busy chatting to colleagues. I WALKED OUT AND RATHER BOUGHT A FAMILY MEAL from ocean basket. Will NEVER go to Fish aways BLUE HILLS!

Dear owner, please let me know where to send you a picture of the fish i got this week at Fish aways blue hills when i asked for grilled hake. I love your food but I must say, i was extremely disappointed with your food on my last purchase.

I would rate them Zero Stars if I could!
Placed an order on the App, received a notification that it's received only to arrive at the store 30 minutes later to collect and discover that the order was not prepared. Might be a good idea to revoke your store from the App to avoid further disappointment. Clearly this is the norm at this specific store!

Always disappointed in the service, we have been into this store several times and this will be the last time we will use Fishaways Blue Hills, as every time we have terrible service! Twice we have placed an order online, arriving about 60 minutes after placing an order to be told they have not even started our order yet. Going in you have a long wait as well, even when the restaurant is empty! They haven't had stock of calamari for weeks! A pity as the food is good but the lack of service is not worth it

Ordered the hake special yesterday and they forgot the coleslaw and lemon that comes with it. There's not much varieties at Fishaways so not sure how they can leave things out. Luckily I was still in the carpark but had to go back in the rain. The young lady did apologise though.
On another visit, they charged me the incorrect price on the system.

My fish had scales on every part. It was inedible and the rice was awful
