I was waiting for my burgers Wednesday 21st. The person making the burgers did not wear any plastic gloves. Very unhygienic. When he took the patties with his hands I knew it was going to be cold. I opened it just there and then as the container with the heap of patties were standing on the counter. I returned it. They kept my box with burgers , food that I touched, close by and used it as the next order.
I could not believe my eyes. Second round he took my patties of the grill did not bother to put basting on. I ate in the car. It was horrible dry.
Last time that unhygienic shop will see me or any of my friends and family .

Terrible service very unfriendly, music so loud you can barely talk to the person next to you.
Watching the lady make our food bare handed no gloves with an attitude. Standing at counter for 5 min not one word said to us a guy walks in right behind us and it's like a long lost friend was seen.
When we finally received the food just aggressively handed to us.

Truly terrible not recommended firstly for sanitary reasons secondly unfriendly thirdly food didn't taste good.

The guys were quite fantastic and i would give them 4 stars the reason behind is that keep waiting for ages..love your food it awas delicious keep up the good work

Yho , I ordered chicken bacon burger, I get home there is no bacon. Tried calling the store, no answer. My cravings were not fed. So disappointed ????????

Blue Hills steers should stop replacing cold drinks order without contacting the client.

I would include coke to my order and they deliver sprite lemon, sometimes fanta orange. What the Hack! .

This has happened multiple times and is ridiculous. this is pathetic and not acceptable. why accept the order if you cant provide.

Ordered chicken burgers from Blue Hills. Extremely disappointed. Chicken size is gone really small compared to previous orders from Midway News.

Very terrible services and so unfriendly.They don't deliver on time it takes more than 3 to 4 hours for them to reach you.its a waist of time to order on line with them
