By far, the best, most organized, managed business, run by Professionals, who's there to help you and not be sharks! Excellent value given for your unwanted goods, won't get any better deal than the one they provide you. Always a pleasure walking in and walking out feeling like you have been helped and not robbed. Don't waste time going to any other pawn, crusaders or converters store... Blue Hills name speaks for itself... I have become a regular and will remain loyal to them as they have been loyal to me. My goods I have made a loan against has always been in the same condition as the day I took it in, truly a Professional business which main focus is to help a Person in need instead of taking advantage of a person. Go and give them a change... they will not disappoint... never have... never will!!! Greg... keep up the excellent leadership and customer service you and your team provide, top notch!!

I saw an advertisement posted on Fb Market place for a product I was looking for. Upon showing interest, u was contacted by a lady named Precious with details. I made an offer and we negotiated and the offer was accepted. I live an hour away from the store and had to make some arrangements. Precious was on the ball. She worked quickly and effectively and she was 100 transparent and honest about the condition of the products. I have not seen such honesty and integrity in a while when it comes to such matters. She truly is a women of worth. Precious basically treated the sale to me as if I was her family. She did it with urgency. She got her manager to contact me and she obliged to every single request I made.
The manager was equally accommodating and receptive and presented himself with the same excellent work ethic and customer service. They have never met me in person but I was spoken to and treated as if we were long time friends. I received my goods and was totally satisfied with the service of which was discounted and I further received assistance on the delivery costs.
So far... The best service I've seen. Yay for South Africa! Those two ppl need a raise. And well done to the owner for having an eye for excellence employees. Out of 5, I'd give them a 10!

My husband and I love the store very much. We bought a lot of things at reasonable prices from the store.
• coffee making machines
• water coolers
• Silver ice buckets
• White thick wood room devider
• 2 juicers
• pop corn machine
• baking machine
• glasses
• steamer
• pressure cooker
• cooking steamer
• server table
• mirrors
• trays
• watches etc
And we even sold some of our furnitures to the shop and the payment was good.
The store manager and the staff members knows us (myself and my husband) by name. They know that we are regulars at the store because there's always something to buy. Especially my husband.
The place is full of good and new things to buy. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. We have no regrets but the joy of purchasing goods at reasonable prices.
