Horrible service... the workers were so uninterested. I ended up leaving the salon with bland nails as the technician was uninterested in helping me with nail art. The technician struggled to paint the art, then I suggested to rather make a faded glitter. The faded glitter turned out like flames and then the technician got annoyed when I asked for the faded glitter to be retried. To pay that amount of money and to not have the workers try and help me is really unacceptable.

I love this Sobet. This Sobet is a clear example of the difference different ownership and management can make on a franchise. The technicians are technically sound and know what they're doing from nails to waxing I've never been disappointed with any service received here. Their customer services and friendliness also need a mention, I like they're just the right amount of friendly and chatting too, they really do go on how you're feeling that day and if you're in a chatty mood which I cannot express how much I appreciate. It's also always clean and you can tell they follow industry standard guidelines for hygiene. I don't doubt that you'll have the same experience as me.

The staff only speak in there language between each other and the music which is played is not my taste at all.

Nyasha and Sme, the nail techs are so talented, kind and patient, love them. Thuli, who mostly does waxing is so gentle, kind and friendly. Truly the best Sorbet I've ever been too. All the ladies should be paid much more then what the earn.

Was a bit disappointed, the lady worked very aggressively on my feet, I had a sore toe and the side of my foot had broken skin because of the hard handling. Will think twice before I book with any Sorbet again.!
