Terrible experience. I ordered the Papas prawn meal for collection. When I arrived at home I realized that they failed to add rolls to my order. I called the restaurant and they just said "sorry". Totally unacceptable. I am very disappointed. Definitely will not be ordering here again. I would not recommend it. Oh, and double check that your order has everything before you leave.

Food was well prepared.... staff was a bit slow, not sure if they were short-staffed or they just weren’t being attentive given that the place was about a third of the full capacity.

Other than that, the food was good . The bread and butter was super yummy and I hardly like any of those.....really liked the presentation too. :)

Great energy, friendly staff and fresh delicious food. Decor and space updated and modern. Super family friendly space - bonus is the shopping centre has a play area and it is just outside this restaurant.

Ordered for delivery. I am so so shocked and evening ruined. Was the food packed by a machine? How can you send dead and dried food. How can someone pack something that is visibly burnt. Ordered platter: calamari and heads burnt, fish burnt, prawns and mussels not burnt but hard and overdone. I was too hungry to return, had to eat what was edible and throw the rest. Not ordering again, I would rather eat eggs and sleep if can't cook

I was wondering why the OB in blue hills is Always empty...today's experience made me realise that they do not appreciate customers, my meal was very disappointing, I went further to add extras but the quantity was not worth the price.
