We recently stayed here and were the only guests - which while nice during COVID - is a shame as this place was meant to entertain. The staff bent over backwards to meet our every need. Rooms were immaculate, and the food and service were both outstanding. The game driver was knowledgeable and gave a great tour of the grounds. I will cherish the memory of having a quiet drink on the patio while the Nyala graze no more than a few meters away.

We had a wonderful, peaceful weekend in the most tranquil of settings. The hospitality was exceptional! A very special staff and a special mention to Marelize and Andre who how out of their way to make you feel at home.

This is a special place forsure, we could only stay 2 nights . Thinking of any excuse to make it 3 nights. We came back with a relaxed calmness hard to find . Food is exquisite. You will not be sorry

What an amazing place! Away from civilization but with excellent service and great game viewing (not the big five, however).

Driving to the resort is a treat as you pass the Kango Caves and head off along the Swartberg Mountains. It's possible to see giraffes on the neighboring property.

The bedrooms are elegant, the bed comfortable and the food excellent, although from a limited menu. The game drives are a highlight, one in the morning and one in the evening.

All in all, a great place to stay for a few nights!

Serene and tranquil setting with natural beauty and close to nature. Friendly staff where the owners take a personal interest in you. Food is organic and healthy where they offer gorgeous hikes and cycling into the mountain ⛰️ ranges. You hear the peaceful flow of the river from your room and some of the wild game will wander into the grounds. They offer health retreats with Pilates and nutritionist experts. A true wonderful experience

Very disappointing that specials do not apply too single travelers. No mention of this in the advertising. This is how single people are discouraged from traveling and supporting the tourism industry. I am 100% willing to pay 50% single supplement, BUT FULL PRICE FOR 2 PEOPLE?
