A very beautiful hotel, you can take that away from them. The rooms though small are well decorated and looking lovely, there food taste good. However, there are lots of negatives.
1. Its a very noisy hotel, not good if you like tranquility.
2. There seems not to be proper organization
3. Even if your company has paid for your meal, they might still bill you, either intentionally or system error.
4. Every waiter/waitress pass will keep asking you which room you are as if you sneak into the hotel just to eat their food, it can be very very embarrassing.
5. The TV channels available are not interesting at all.
6. The crowd in the restaurant can be so much, it will take you a lot of time to be served.
7. The staff there seems to be overburden with work, same people often, with little rotation.
