I ordered a chicken toasted sandwich for takeaway. On the menu, it indicated Rosa Tomatoes (only veg indication). I asked for that to be removed. I get to work to now eat, and open the sand which, and it has cucumber and raw onion all over it. This was NOT indicated on the menu. You cannot remove raw onion as it seeps into everything. If a vegan ordered a wrap, let’s say, and no where does it indicate that it has bacon bits included, and then they take a bite… Or perhaps a Jewish or Muslim customer? What do you think will happen? Why is it different when it come to loading food with other non-indicated items? This is nonsense Woolworth. You do it with so much of your stuff. Indicate CLEARLY EVERYTHING that is on the order. I’m really tired of the pretentiousness of Woolworths. Just give me what I ask for - don’t try to be Gordon Ramsey. About a year ago I ordered 2 eggs, fried on toast. Asked for BROWN TOAST. Eggs come on wholewheat. Also, eggs plastered in BASIL leaves. Egg is such a delicate flavour - completely ruined the egg taste as all I could taste was Basil (one of the strongest herbs - especially if it’s fresh). Just. Give. Me. What. I. Ordered.
