Ohhhhh were do i even begin, this is an I deal spot for coffee lovers and people with sweet tooth or even just feed on those cravings. I loved their Americano what what... oopsie, I forgot the exact name. However it's a must have if you prefer your coffee sugar and milk free. I certainly do not have a sweet tooth but I loved how moist and rich the chocolate muffin was. Also an ideal spot for those who work at home or are freelancing

Coffee very strong for those who prefer that. Nice atmosphere inside and out. Variety of places to sit and enjoy your coffee. Nice spot to take your work with you and work on your laptop. Free wifi, 500Mb for a month. My cup was not filled to the brim with coffee. I suggest that staff can be trained to bring a more lively vibe to the franchise.

Nice! Hoped to see a larger and fresher looking variety of baked goodies though, must say though the Brownie chocolate fudging goodness so place is worthy of a second visit perhaps I'll find them on a better day.

Terrible. I enjoy the reserve coffee so I would normally go to the menlyn maine branch. From being there like nearly every day, I completely stopped going there due to not having stock of the reserve coffees or alternative milk etc. Today I was like “hey! Let me try again”. ????????u200d♀️Worst choice ever. Firstly I ordered Brazil Reserve Blend tall. No oatmilk in stock. Ok cool, what about Almond? Nope..Ok..ammm Macademia? Nope. Ok…Just soya and coconut.Then after I placed my reserve cuppuchino order..It was served in a normal white cup not the reserve black one(which is probably not too bad)I got a grande instead of a tall. I then looked on the slip and yes. He just rang up a grande. I could not even taste the coffee. It was JUST milk. It was soooooo weak. I just left it there and walked out. Never ever…again.

It's always a great experience with Starbucks.????????????
The service was super quick,
The staff was kind.
Tasted the Caramel Macchiato for the first time????????????????and wow I loved every sip of it,to the last drop.
The shop was clean and the couch made me forget that I was actually not at home????????.

Meh ???? what a disappointment. Having heard that Starbucks are opening 2 stores in KwaZulu-Natal we thought we'd go and test ride their coffees while in Pretoria.
The Starbucks shop is in a really nice mall - Menlyn Maine - but not even that will get me back there.
The decor and setting is all very nice and what you would expect of an international brand, but the Cappucinno tasted little more than warm dishwater ... harsh but true.
Going to stick with my ever faithful consistent cappuccino brand ☕
