Like it here as the staff is great and the gym is neat and clean. The gym also marked the edges of the steps as I have an eye problem and found the steps difficult to go up and down. All the staff are friendly and willing to assist.

Terrible experience while renewing our bank details. They left us waiting for 40 minutes and put us to speak on the phone with someone from Sales who could not seem to understand nothing we were saying (we had to spell our names at least five different times). Manager and staff did not do anything other than apologizing. That’s disrespectful, unprofessional and unacceptable. Still not sure if I’ll be back to this gym that treats people like garbage.

Again another gym that thinks it is too good for the likes of previous members and people who cannot be members as we live in countries without Virgin active gyms. ZAR 650 for a single visit at 18:00 on a Sunday for a 1 hour use of the gym. Get real.

What horrible horrible policy...they really don't want me and probably not you; unless you live in Pretoria.

I have been going to gyms all over the world and when I have lived in countries with a Virgin Active I have been a member for years. The one in Namibia in Klein Kuppe says "young or old fit or unfit, it's all good". I like that approach; gyms are for all types of people; to be used by all.

When regular gym goers travel we need to exercise and many gyms appreciate this and for a small fee let you use their gym.

The day pass here is ZAR 650 - which most of us will use for one hour. I can afford it but I find that approach horrible. It tells me you don't want me. The arrogance of charging ZAR 650 for lifting some weights. Go elsewhere were you are welcome.

Really think this is the best Virgin Collection gym in Gauteng (haven't been to those at the cost yet) It have state of the art equipment amenities.

It's the best GYM ever you don't have to worry about sweating because it's always cool in there. You can get a free visit your fist time and when you join you get up to 2months free service. You also get to go there just to swim and relax and its never too crowded they have rest rooms which consist of a number of showers and toilets and sockets you can blow your hair too. I recommend you guys to try any Virgin Active GYM
