This restaurant tends to get very busy. They do take reservations. Customer service lack in certain areas. Even though busy waiting period for food was reasonable. Overall nice Italian vibe.

Old Town Italy helped me create one of the most memorable nights of my life. One of the managers, Meyers, went out of his way to help me set up everything to propose to my now Fiancé. From the moment I walked in with half an idea he was helpful and accommodating. The waiter Audrey was also very helpful in everything she did to make sure the night was romantic and perfect. I couldn't of asked for a better night or experience and its all thanks to Old Town Italy.

Great weekday brunch spot or even if you're looking for a regular date night restaurant - this is it! Be sure to check their website as they have interesting events all the time. Try out the pizza or pasta making classes or even a cake decorating class. Ladies be sure to book for the next Sunday Gu0026T brunch! Cannot fault this restaurant, great service and delicious food.

Good food. No dessert on menu.
Service slow. Martini arrived without an olive!!! ???? Ordered pasta to get experience of cheese wheel - never happened. Such beautiful place, so sad that service standard is not the same.

What a wonderful experience.

The staff very friendly and helpful and the food was amazing.

A lot of dishes to choose from and also a great place to bring the family or have a business meeting.

Do NOT miss an opportunity to pop-in.

Great ambience, love the Italian decor. Had breakfast, A lil disappointed with the taste of the food I had high expectations considering the location and price of the meals, a variety of tea options available.

The place is absolutely stunning! The waiter was friendly and well-mannered. I definitely want to come again. The bathrooms are conjoined (mens u0026 ladies). Low-lit, smooth music and wooden finishes is the vibe. If you sit outside, it's a bit loud compared to inside (on the weekends/busy nights) because of neighbouring restaurants. The pasta was to die for! The drink was amazing! The bakery has yummy delectables too! They have 2 "bigger" seating areas that you can book/reserve for bigger groups for events. They are secluded and are both completely different in look and feel. They're also closest to the bathroom. Overall, this place is worth every penny and I can't wait to bring more people here!
