Very beautiful hotel close to a lot of major shopping centers including Menlyn mall you can walk to places. the nightlife around the hotel is amazing.
Food: excellent
Rooms:clean and very big though if you want a great experience take a full suit.
Staff: very helpful welcoming and goes the extra mile to make you enjoy the stay.
Very clean hotel with a fresh smell
The only upside might be the busyness around the hotel at times but apart from that it's the most Visit stay and enjoy.

Beautiful hotel in a serene environment! The hotel consist of 6 floors, the room I was had the view of the pool which a beautiful site to behold in the morning. I was quite worried about the rug as I am allergic to dust but I realised it was well cleaned. I was in the standard room and it had a big bed.
As regards food, the hotel only provides breakfast so I was given a food voucher for dinner. There are restaurants around where you can redeem your voucher.
I would rate it a 10/10

We were organising a conference event and the facilities are good. I must compliment the chef who prepared food on 18 and 19 May 2022. Those fishcakes were delicious.

I attended the Emigration Expo.
The security was excellent.The staff were all very well informed, patient and approachable.

The Hotel is location is perfect and the staff reply emails inquiries faster and the hotel lobby is absolutely the best with tat restaurants near it

This Hotel is top of its class and i mostly liked the rooms which are very roomy and spacious as i like to have my space and not to be crowded in a small room. I n my my life i have never stayed in a standard hotel room with so much room.

I love everything about the place from cleanliness, courtesy, the rooms are big enough with clean linens and towels. I will definitely come back.The hotel is close to restaurants and shops and that's just another cherry on top????
