ABSOLUTE TRASH!!!!! YOU USELESS PEOPLE DON'T DESERVE 1 STAR!

Putting people's lives in danger. We booked an overnight hiking trail in Kaapsehoop and both the huts were locked. All we got is pathetic email saying that "we are not the first people to complain".

Pathetic excuses of human beings.

SAFCOL ecotourism has a difficult time making simple bookings and if not pick up in advance, we would have been without accommodation. Pathetic!
Although they made an incorrect booking and I tried to rectify it, the person was unable to assist, because:“…their system does not work that way”. Clearly displaying the lack of competence in a basic administrative capacity. In addition to this, R1950 was lost in the process. Beware when considering one of their hiking routes…
