This place is closed and does not exist where maps and directions says it is. You can see that the decor and tiles of the chicken restaurant corresponds to the colour scheme of what used to be vida, but is now closed. There is noe only a small vida kiosk at the entrance on ground floor, but also closed when it should be open, and with limited menu

Fanatic coffee shop and the best of all time for a quick coffe and a bite to eat.
Friendly guys, always smiling and ready to serve.
The service is very quick and you don't get to waste time on waiting in the queue.
I love their range of coffees and I will stop by anytime

Very poor service experienced here today. Waitress struggle to communicate and understand orders. We wanted Rooibos tea, and was told that Vida Cafe does not serve Rooibos tea. She eventually brought a selection of tea to choose from, so we selected the Rooibos...which WAS available. She also did not understand how to redeem Vitality rewards. When we eventually got to the till to scan the rewards, the system failed to open with the attendant's fingerprint, and we had to wait a long time for a supervisor to unlock the system. Our order for one Hazelnut Latte was also wrong and a normal Latte was received. It was rectified, but the all over experience was unpleasant. Some urgent attention to service is needed here!!!

Waiter cant hear properly and then 14h30 in the afternoon they cannot serve pasteis. De nata bacause it was out of stock
We had to show them on the tv screen advert what we wanted because the waiter and the guy behind the counter had no idea what we wanted
First time her but surely the last time

Spectacular Coffee and service. Wonderful place to have a meeting. Truly magnificent, i would recommend it, to anyone looking for nice quiet place to have meetings. While looking for excellent service.

Relaxed and frazzled service

This cafe was inundated when the show started an hour later than planned and it was clear that it put everyone under immense pressure

Our waitress forgot about the coffee order and we had to ask another waiter for assistance

The coffee is good quality and the menu has typical cafe food, with some healthier options

Definitely an option at the casino if you're leaning towards coffee shop options

Service is relaxed so make sure you have sufficient time or choose a take away option

Vida coffee is the best, beautiful place nice and quiet for a meeting. Great food and always fresh ♥️ definitely recommend it!
