what a day at cell C Cresta , customer service has degraded and it's poor.How disappointing to be assisted by the same Rude guy. I have never met such a rude human being in my entire life and it's a second in a Row being assisted by him, 1st time I went to cell c he not said he can not help me ,I must phone call center for swim swap u0026 today the 4th of August I decided to go back u0026 try my luck,the same rude unapologetic guy named Melvin had to help me oh my goodness his body language said a lot he didn't want to assist but I still went to him .When I got to him ,he asked for the 5 telephone numbers I usually phoned u0026 my I'd .When I took out my refugee permit he
rudely said "I can't take this paper" .How can you not take it when I have my Rica'd my sim card with the same paper,we had to exchange words .I ,myself deal with customers everyday ,rude customers but i maintain my cool n be polite but that guy his service was so poor ,am very disappointed and shattered.His colleague kept looking at him , showing him that what he was doing was unethical .I am taking this further ,if that's how you trained your staff to treat foreign nationals or black ppl cos we hardly complain ,it's not Good.Dont even want to go back to that store!!!! But I want this Melvin Guy to be dealt with accordingly by the head office .There are many ppl out there looking for Jobs ,or bring the old staff back
