I was assisted by two lovely woman. Rahaba and Nelly. They were really helpful and they went out of their way give extra service. The experience in store with how the other staff members interact with other customers was out of this world. They are patient and the store is friendly to old people too. Good place to be. You feel appreciated as a customer ????

POOR service, I have a video of 2 team members shouting and talking back at me. Refused to call the managers, absolutely rude. THey are XEnephobic and do not assist after 5pm as they want to rush to knock off. They gave me false info about doing a sim swop and even customer care reprimanded them for poor service and they simply hang the phone up. WHAtever you do do not go to Celc cresta they are rude and they give false information they do not help. doing a sim swop with them is a nightmare. THey dont even look at your iD if you dont pass the security questions.. so what is the purpose of the ID??

what a day at cell C Cresta , customer service has degraded and it's poor.How disappointing to be assisted by the same Rude guy. I have never met such a rude human being in my entire life and it's a second in a Row being assisted by him, 1st time I went to cell c he not said he can not help me ,I must phone call center for swim swap u0026 today the 4th of August I decided to go back u0026 try my luck,the same rude unapologetic guy named Melvin had to help me oh my goodness his body language said a lot he didn't want to assist but I still went to him .When I got to him ,he asked for the 5 telephone numbers I usually phoned u0026 my I'd .When I took out my refugee permit he
rudely said "I can't take this paper" .How can you not take it when I have my Rica'd my sim card with the same paper,we had to exchange words .I ,myself deal with customers everyday ,rude customers but i maintain my cool n be polite but that guy his service was so poor ,am very disappointed and shattered.His colleague kept looking at him , showing him that what he was doing was unethical .I am taking this further ,if that's how you trained your staff to treat foreign nationals or black ppl cos we hardly complain ,it's not Good.Dont even want to go back to that store!!!! But I want this Melvin Guy to be dealt with accordingly by the head office .There are many ppl out there looking for Jobs ,or bring the old staff back

The best customer service i have received to day, patience and understanding, putting the customer first etc, all the above, thank you Palesa Mathayi @ Cell C Cresta Mall. If i ever come to Cell C Cresta Mall, can i please have service from this lady. Keep doing a great job, promote this great being to manager cause she knows how to deal with and handle customers.

I've always had great service at cell c in cresta. Staff are friendly, welcoming and eager to help you. They have a good knowledge of phones and try and help you get the best deal for your money...great service.
