Disgusting service. In a Saturday morning they had no staff to assist and only 1 till open.

Terrible service. We came excited to spend lots of money, we received no assistance, we were ignored. When we asked why they ignored us they gave us attitude. What a shame. We've just finished shopping at Incredible Connection where we got great service.

I was very impressed with Totalsports Cresta. Tshepo was very helpful in helping me find the football equipment I needed, and Kagi was brilliant when helping make the payment. They both had a fantastic attitude and were very willing to help.

Staff are rude and disrespectful. Giggling and laughing whilst speaking about you, the customer, in a language understand. Managers not much help. Will never go back there and closing my accounts.

cashier was too busy speaking loudly to her fellow staff and being distracted to be doing her job right, and now I have to go back to take off this magnetic clip because she didn't do her job properly.
