If I could give them zero I would. Placed an order on Uber eats they claimed they never received and then make it the drivers issue instead of mine. It has taken them over an hour to "make" an order they think never existed. Will most certainly not do business with them ever again.

Ordered the special of full chicken and chips. 1st they told me they don't have then o no it will take 40min said it's fine we will wait.. after 40 min went back was told another 18min but nothing was even started with my order.. very disappointed

Got there around 6 to get chips, the lady at the till asked at the back if they still had chips, they said yes, that time they're planning to split burnt and dry chip amongst 3 people who ordered large chips. The people in the kitchen started getting verbal with each other, the lady at the till tried to get them Calm... Chiiile it was just rather uncomfortable and unpleasant being there, it was the first but definitely the last time

Took 2hrs to deliver my order, food was ice cold, order incorrect. Called to say order is incomplete, they said they would sort it out yet nothing. What a total rip off. Charge people for cold food and steal their money by supplying incomplete orders. Never deal with Cresta Steers again. Food was also not as good as I've had from other branches. Place actually needs a negative rating not a one star.

Chips are not always well cooked, they are sometimes raw...
Went to Steers again and bought the XXL chips R80 the lady behind the counter would only give us two small sachets of sauce. She said she had no more but she had plenty. Unacceptable and not great service.

Very rude teller, left in the middle of taking the order to deal with another customer. Then Ignored the order twice. Did not properly explain that a meal is different than a combo and when asked if drinks could be added, we were told "If you do the drinks are full price." Our burgers looked like they'd been stepped on and at one point another employee punched the wall before running behind the counter. Absolutely ridiculous how bad service was. Not worth the overpriced meal.
