Absolutely terrible service. Chicken was raw the first time it was brought to the table, All orders were wrong, I sent the chicken back for it to be brought back to the table burnt. The manager Olifant had absolutely no concern for our complaints. This is by far the worst nandos I've ever been to.

Ordered chicken livers with an extra roll. They didnt give me the extra roll or any utensils. We were driving and had to make a plan. Im still so upset by this, never ever thought Nandos would disappoint me. Horrid service, I dont even have the slip as they retain it at collection. Going to stick to the Nandos in horizon view.

I ordered 2 wings and get this burnt broken chicken completely unacceptable when you pay for food you want to get what u paid for

I recently ordered from Nandos Cresta, and I was disgusted at the portion of chicken I received. I always eat at Nandos Cresta in store, but when making an order for collection the quality of food received is pathetic. This is not the first time I made a collection order and whengetting home I noticed the chicken is in a poor condition, and the meals are half of what you receive while dining in the store. I have previously complained about the service and quality of food received when making a collection order all of which have either fallen on deaf ears or the staff simply do not care about the reputation of Nandos Cresta. My portion of chicken looks as if someone had already eaten from or removed parts of the chicken. I have taken a picture of the chicken I received in the hope that my public post will make Nandos Cresta take my complaints about poor quality food more seriously.

Little did I know that I have always been ordering "plain" wedges!! What is most disappointing is that Nandos is ignoring this concern from us the customers. Every outlet is doing the same! I mean, what does it hurt to properly mix the spice with the wedges in a bowl before putting in the container? Not happy at all

The hotpot had very little chicken and peppers in it... It felt like a bowl of rice with nandos sauce... The peri peri crusted chicken wings were not done properly... This nandos is not on par with other nandos branches... Rather use the one on Malibongwe or Braam fischer

Ordered the chicken strips and rice as I was really feeding for something tasty to eat after getting home from hospital having not eaten all day only to receive a hot pot which tasted like sour cabbage and nandos sauce with very little to no chicken in it. I could not eat this. Left overs in my fridge had to do the trick.
