We ordered a breakfast wrap and rare roast beef sandwich. While it may have taken longer than we'd liked for it, the food was decent and service was good.

I’ve been there twice during this week to eat in and once for a take away. The service is horrible. You literally wait forever to receive your meal. I initially thought it was once off bad service but it reoccurred the two other times. Quite disappointing for Woolies.The waiters aren’t very pleasant and helpful either. Yesterday I literally waited 20min for a take away cappuccino. Despite all that the food was amazing however I cannot rate them higher due to their service. It definitely needs much improvement.

Meal took exceptionally long to prepare. Only 2 chefs in the kitchen. Our pancakes were raw!! Have given you many chances, I will not be back!

The service sucks, we waited almost 45 minutes for our food.
The chicken burger I ordered was oily and had too much dressing; I could not even finish it as it tasted really bad.
The only good thing was their coffees, we all enjoyed that.

Not a great experience. Service was lacking. Our table hadn't been cleaned when we got here.
2 tables around us had dirty plates and half finished coffees for the entirety of our meal.
Waitresses lacked basic people skills.
