Holy moly don't purchase in the mornings I have never seen such incompetent and moody staff MEMBER. The manager also hiding in their small office. I hated the experience took forever to just get some caffeine.

What’s up with the guys who work here? Continuously having a bad day? Been there a few times and always giving them the benefit of the doubt. They just refuse to fulfill your order properly. I like Vida usually and the revamp has made the cafe really cosy to sit in, but the service needs to improve.

The service from one particular barista by the name of Emmanuel is absolutely fantastic. Every single time that I have been served by him for the passed couple of months never disappoints, I end up looking out for him whenever id like to order something and not only is he friendly but the drinks as well as occasional sandwiches are always prepared with the upmost quality. I just wanted to say Thank you so Much to Emmanuel for your service!!!

We had "cappucino" at the Cresta branch this morning. Might as well have been, a cup of hot milk!!! In addition, they gave my husband a pitch black burnt custard tart, with absolutely no filling. I'm not sure where they found it because the ones in the display case looked ok. We left everything on the table and left the shop. They will certainly not see us again.

Service is shocking. When I used to go there it was great but the last 3 times has been shocking and if u think an iced coffee is a shot of coffee in milk with two pieces of ice then yr staff has alot to Learn. U won't be seeing me again.

All restaurants have roaches, but when I see two front of shop, in the dining area, running up the wall after raising the concern a few weeks back, it's a bit off putting.

The coffee is pretty good.
Go often here, for meetings and the environment is perfect to chat in. There are plug points all around so charging your laptop is less of a stress.
The food tasty, they are prone to messing up orders quite often.

Service not always great and was unable to drink the Vida Vitality smoothie with a straw (or at all), might have been missing some ingredients.
