I used to love this store before I knew about how poorly they treat their staff. There is a massive turnover in staff constantly.

My dogs have recently gotten I'll and refused to eat the Monte and Me food we have bought from this shop for over a year and the we have not changed their diet at all.

Helpful and friendly staff, wonderful attitudes and enough variety of animal products sold at better prices than the other stores.
Cat scratchers very well priced as well as premium food brands.

What a wonderful experience. To the manageress, your compassion and understanding a customers needs are exemplary. I hope that you are soon escalated to CEO of the whole company! I struggled to find a decent pet store. Was my first time trying to find one for a dog (as I will be getting a dog for the first time). Upon entering I was pleasantly greeted by a staff member who was very willing to help, assist, and explain things to me to help me make decisions. The young lady was extremely helpful and kind, she has definitely made a loyal customer out of me. I don't think I will ever go anywhere else.

They offer a wide variety of items that were especially useful for me getting a pet for the first time. I would gladly recommend Crazy Pets to anyone that asks or has pets.

Good access for wheelchairs, store has good range of products for pets. Friendly staff too.

the crazy pets dog food brand caused all 3 of my dogs to have a bad reaction. (Yorkie, Labrador and Rottweiler). some ingredients were obviously changed (advised by your staff) and we did not know what was wrong with our dogs. we threw out all 3 of their beds and replaced with new beds. we dewormed, and even purchased 2 different flea spots, however only after hearing that your formula had changed we realized that it is the food that made our 3 dogs look like they had mange!
