This is my second review after giving this branch another chance. Placed our order at 9:54 and arrived at 11:09. We are 10 minutes away. My Cu0026T sandwich was so squashed the cap from my cool drink had more girth. Little to no filling. The Chicken-Mayo u0026 Bacon French was a sorry excuse. I honestly think a child could have done a better job. Emailing Edmund is useless and we have not received a response from him for weeks since the last disaster. Very surprised you are still open with this kind of service.

So I ordered a banting breakfast and a sandwich for my daughter at 9.03....... It is now 10.44 and still nothing. I have phoned twice and my food is still not here....... This is by no means a reflection on the staff serving us, but rather Management who don't provide them with enough drivers!!!!

Update as at 11.06 - still no food....... Have emailed Edmund - no response

Rip off central! Charging different pricing on their site, to UBER eats and in store? Owner really needs to sort things out here.

I was in the area and thought, hmmm let me grab a good old foot long from SB for old time sakes.... guess what. "Sorry... no french bread" what a joke. Staff hanging over the counters on their cellphones not giving a ****. There is a Food Lovers Market in the same centre! Another classic down the drain, a shame really.

Tried to order two sandwiches, got told they don’t have bread… Stood there for awhile and then a lady walked out with no mask.

Service has been really bad and the one lady always has an attitude

As I write this it has been 2 hours since I placed my order for two toasted sandwiches and it has still not arrived.

This is the most disappointing experience I have ever had ordering food.

It took 2 and half hours to be delivered, cold as ICE and Dry as hell.

Food is great but service not so. Lately always seem to be a problem with french loafs stock. One thing that I dislike is if you ask upfront how long will the order take and it takes more than double the time you were told. Rather be honest and if you experiencing a problem tell the customer. So I am a bit disappointed.

I think that they use a teaspoon to put chicken mayo on the toasted sammie - very expensive for the minimal filling you get.
