I have eaten here since the place opened back when the renovations were completed. And i must say, it has become extremely expensive, and the portions have shrunk. I ordered a Chicken Burrito today for the first time in months, and the Burrito was the size of my fork.

Seriously, whoever is managing this place right now is running it into the ground, I will not go back there after today's "serving"

Ordered chicken strips and chips through Uber eats they sent the wrong dip I asked for guacamole they sent mayo I'm allergic to mayo... When I called to rectify it they told me to come past the store to exchange it, I explained that I paid for delivery so they simply asked when my next order would be like hello I ordered today my next order will be never because the food also arrived looking like it had been standing for ages it was all soggy so definitely won't be ordering from them ever again as their customer service sucks and they can't follow a simple order so disappointed

I was very disappointed. I paid money for a quality steak burrito meal, instead I got one very flimsy tortilla which was toasted flat with almost nothing in it. I expected more because of all the reviews. They need to call this a wrap and not burrito cause this is definitely not Mexican. The chips were good though.

Absolutely useless. Ordered via Uber Eats.
Staff are unable to pack 5 items into a bag for delivery and end up omit my kids food (lemon n herb). We have to call back multiple times to follow up. Over one and half hour later, no food. She will have to eat toast and tea and go to bed, as the rest of the family's order is spicy. Very disappointed.

Waited for over an hour for food. When I was told 25 minutes which is long as it is for a fast food place but we can understand the 25 min wait cause we could see the amount of people. However to get to the hour wait and they were still missing our chicken strips and chips I mean really! All the while the owner or manger was busy chomping on chips and licking her fingers in the kitchen! The Uber and the mr delivery guys were being told to keep quiet cause even they were getting irritated! Was just a mess the whole bloody thing!

I ordered through Uber eats and that the worse decision that I have ever made. I don't know if they prepare food differently the dine in and the Uber eats. I received that was so cold and old and tasted as if it was from yesterday. It wasn't fresh at all. I tried to dig deep looking for a at least a warm part I couldn't. What a waste of money. I never spend my money there again

When they are busy, they answer the phone, but just leave it on the counter, while they assist uber eats and mr delivery. I made 31 calls, of which 7 they did this, rest of the time the phone is then busy. Then had to wait an hour amd 5 minutes for my order....... strange, as usually, Mochachos chicken strips are ready within 15 - 20 minutes. AND THEN THE ORDER IS WRONG!!!!! Berito instead of strips!!!! Had to turn around to fetch right order. Can management please review Fermdale branch!
