Your service is horrible I ordered a quarter chicken leg mild and my husband ordered the grande meal but our meat is burnt and dry with no sauce. Do you actually understand that we pay for this?

Loved the smiles, the speedy service, got exactly what I wanted the taste and the intimate setting. My table was cleaned in seconds of asking by a very friendly staff member on the 29 July 2022. The chicken definitely Juicy. I felt safe and at home. Best way to eat Nandos, using your hands.

Bought my lunch.. Worst service ever. Did a drive thru that on its own took forever.. I open my food and there are no sauces..nothing. Wedges dry. Worst meal ever and the attitude in their druve thru window sucks.

They usually have a good service but one Friday recently the drive through service was so slow and some people were leaving the queue. I dont know if that's the norm.

Worst Nandos in SA!!!
Service horrendous and food portions small and quality mediocre.
Dont waste your time and money here!!

This is the worst meal I have ever gotten from a Nandos. The wedges and chips were old. There was barely any chicken in the pita and prego as pictured. The coleslaw in the pita was supposed to be mixed in with the chicken. They put it at the back, behind the chicken.
