The one thing about franchises is that you never know if you'll get the same level of quality at every branch. However, this branch of RocoMamas does not disappoint. Great, great food.

Went there last night and very pleased with the service we received from Charlene, she was fantastic and so helpful and friendly, and very patient with us. The food was fantastic and so fresh and tasty. First Rome having the wings and I'm very pleased with it.

Leigh makes an excellent waitress and salesperson. She is very friendly, helpful and patient. Her service is supreme!
I think the chips portions can be displayed next time, because I wasn't sure how big it will be until my order arrived.

Food was a 10/10, we had the rib and wings combo. The meal was tasty and well presented.
Leigh served us, she was very friendly and warm, excellent service. Totally recommend asking for her when you visit.
Experience overall was chilled, we chilled outside, super chilled vibes.

I just got home from the restaurant. Spent almost R500 there. My take away order had to be rechecked by me as I had a feeling something was missing. My extra beef smash patty in my burger. Only to get home and see they didn’t add my chips. The waiters were all over the place and only one who had no idea what’s going on. Very sad and pathetic. I need to consider twice going there again.

I had an extra ordinary experience. Tshepo was great. Soon I may have to snatch this young man from Rocco Mamas to work with me. So respectful and down to earth. Great service. I could actually adopt him as a son.

Came for a Dad and daughter date. We had a great time. We got superior customer service from Leigh ❤️! She is so patient and promotes the specials well (actually got us to spend more money than we intended).
