Wow! What a wonderful experience with every single staff member greeting and offering assistance. This is exceptional customer service. Even when i returned the item i bought for an exchange no hassles. Just amazing service. Keep it up. I hope the staff gets to see all these wonderful reviews.

Went to one of the best stores around and have been going to them since they opened a few years back. Always a good experience but not today. We went in for one specific item we buy there every month and in a reasonable quantity. I could see it behind in the staff only area and not on the shelves. I asked for help and a young man who works there and who came came to me and said the goods were only available in smaller packs. I said I can see the large packs that's I've always purchased he smirked at me and said "ONLY IN THE SMALLER QUANTIES". I turned around and left my trolley and all I was planning to buy and I walked to the counter and told management and said I won't be back. Terrible experience after all these years of being very happy loyal customer and supporter of this store and the chain. It'll take a lot for me to go back to this store. Very unhappy.

They didn't have any washing powder! But....What amazing service at the Hendrick Portgiter branch!. Keep up the great service! Friendly staff and management. Your attitude is great for uplifting the Westrand! Well done!

Service is really good , very friendly and helpful stuff however the fact that the cashiers don’t have a chairs to sit on and standing for long made me feel unhappy. They are humans and they have rights too .
It’s very sad , I hope for a change the next time I visit the store .

Fantastic store stocked with a wide variety of items, from cleaning to kitchen products. Staff is helpful and offer great service. Pleasure to shop at this store
