To whom it may concern
Please at all costs avoid a staff member at this location called Olinda. She is a middle-aged lady that seems to have very little customer service skills. I would advise who ever is in management to maybe give her a chance at doing training again or to keep her in the back cooking and not dealing with customers. She is completely rude she knows how to raise her voice to customers and she is a big fan of snickering and laughing while you talk to her. Her influence on your staff it’s not one that you want. She is not a leaders nor a level-headed individual.
Best of luck with your business moving forward but with her at the till there is little hope for a successful customer service feedback.
