Fish is so small, I've always bought at fishaways and I've never seen fish this small...I feel robbed, second time having a terrible experience in this establishment. I'll never go there again, I'd rather drive further

Unengaged and disinterested staff more interested in chatting amongst themselves than helping customers. I was the only customer there and they still managed to get my simple order of 2 fish and chips wrong despite me repeating it 3 times. No apology either.

Bought here a few times now food has always been fresh and tasty . Service was good, portions could be bigger .

Will never ever buy from this place again. I ordered a LARGE meal got home to find that i got small meal with half the fish missing... chips had a burnt taste to it only to move the chips to find the polystyrene was burnt. Dont rob people give them what they paid for!!!!

Man I wish we checked your rating and comments before ordering. Your staff does not have a clue what is going on. Our food was delivered incorrectly and when phoning to rectify the person on the line cannot understand what is going on. We wil never order from you again.

Not a good experience!
Please check that they pack everything you ordered!!!
In spite of asking a manager who was assisting if the two sauces I had ordered were included, and him confirming were in the packet they were not!!!
Fishaways you owe me R13.80

The worst service ever... Ordered more than 90 min ago and still waiting. Dropped my call 5 times now with "We can't attend to your call right now. Pls try again in a few min." Really? You can take my money but you can't take my call!? ????
