Absolutely great service. Eddie fetched me from the car and checked my tyres. Very knowledgeable and gave great advice on tyre rotation . I was done in 30 minutes

Honestly the service there is remarkable, the people there even fixed one of my pipes that were eaten by the rats without me asking for the assistance ,not forgetting the affordability of their services, please go and try it ,its worth it .

Fantastic Service and Total Honesty, scarce to find these days. Met the Owner, asked him if I need to replace the 5 year old tyers on our Suzuki as my observation was that the thread was borderline. I got the answer that they should be good for another 5000 k's if I need to make provision for the expense, otherwise, they could give me a special on some very good tyres as the rainy season is apon us. I am in a wheelchair presently, and was taken to where ever I needed to go, and we did 4 tyres, and all the brakes for a Really good price, and everything has performed as promised during the last two weeks!!! Difficult entrance to that part of the center.

What an incredible experience. Staff is friendly and approachable. My tyres and brakes was replaced within a few hours. There's a lounge area to work while they work on car. I was assisted, the staff explained what needed to be done, my car was washed as well. Well done Hi Q little falls on your excellent customer service

I just had the worst experience at Hi-Q in Little Falls. Waited for an hour, then somebody pulls in and a bay is opened for them. When i queried this, i am told that there is an external provider coming to check the car. Why was the bay not made available for me? There was a technician standing around watching others do their jobs. Then the consultant and owner offer up different stories'. I guess one lost customer with three cars, who has used this facility for maintenance will not hurt the bottom line. Cheers Hi-Q.

If I could give this place 10 stars out of 5, I would. The owner - Naleen - and his team deserve an endless amount of praise and credit. Not only do they do an amazing job on your car, but you're priced unbelievably fairly.
