If I could rate this place 0 stars I would.
Firstly, as part of my order, I paid for a large chips and did not receive it. They expected me to drive all the way to the store to pick it up.
Secondly, I woke up with food poisoning today (ordered last night). Their chicken was undercooked and still a bit pink. Today, not only do I have food poisoning but my wife does as well.
Dont buy from this mochachos. They clearly dont care about their clients.
Will never support this branch again. Hope the owner knows that he has incompetent management and kitchen staff that will run his business into the ground.
Extremely disappointed.

Cashier swearing at client that is already angry for food being cold and cold drink not being delivered. Client goes to store and the whole bunch of employees laughing and making fun of client. Refuses to give out names of employees or franchisees details. Won't even let me speak to owner over the phone. Will never go to that store again.

The food here is good. I had the Chimichanga for the first time which is very heavy and greasy. Chips portion was huge and their burgers are amazing as usual.

Food is okay, quite inconsistent. However the staff are terribly rude. The place is always dirty. Actually saw the waitress use the same cloth on the tables and then when to the toilet with it. Management needs to step up

Quality not up to standard compared to the Lenasia Branch. Chips is pathetic. Toast has lack of ingredients. Chicken for and strips very poor quality. Freshness is yet to be desired. This branch in Little Falls is cutting costs and ruining business.

Waited 1hr for our food ???? Quality of food is so poor the worst chips ever nothing like the other branches the chicken strips if that is chicken strips take it off your menu absolutely robbery . Worst by far chicken strips are more like nuggets very disappointed brackhurst and redruth should close their doors both serve rubbish we pay for this food itd not for free

The food was delicious and value for money. This is the 1st time ever eating here and wow. Love this place and will be back.
