This Burger King is the worst Burger King I have ever been to. Absolutely no management or professionalism at all. Went there today for a King Fusion, and after being in the line for 20 minutes we were told that the ice-cream machine was not working/was broken. When I said why don’t you guys put a sign up saying ice cream machine is broken she said “eish it just happened”. Even though I was in the line for 20 minutes and saw no one go to her to tell her that the machine had just broke!!! ????. Absolutely disgraceful Butger King Wilgeheuwel

I'm a vegetarian and have been looking high and low for a place that makes a really good veggie burger. Low and behold, Burger King. This place has the BEST veggie burgers and my search is over. I only buy my burgers here!!

I think for the time I waited..and not peak hour...for a drive through too long wait..burger was lovely and tasty as always... otherwise I wouldn't buy a burger..but I think...and only my humble opinion...too many staff standing inside chatting while customers were piling up..so it's something that can be sorted..a good staff meeting..

So Ilove this burger king but tonight was really not a great experience first got our order wrong and when it was finally fixed I asked for extra tomato sauce because the plastic container given to me was empty and when I asked for another one I got slapped back with the awnser that is tomato sauce what else do you need so I really do not want this experience especially at a place where I spent money every week yes me and my husband is definitely regulars their.

This Burger King branch is hands down the most pathetic and useless operation I have come across, not just on one occasion but this will be the third time. Last time food quality was shocking, now today waited over an hour for a few burgers.. and no one in the branch seems to actually care or take it seriously, poor service at its finest. This branch has single handedly made me never want to support the Burger King brand again. ????????????????

Not impressed with customer service. Placed order through the Mr D app. Called to attempt to escalate the matter as some of my food was missing from the order. I was told that from their side there is nothing that can be done. Yet the store packed the incomplete items. Order number :DFD112406960 - # 34176828

Dear Burger King operations/marketing dept, What is the point of having ask most people that have reviewed this specific store to email?
It seems to me nothing is being done to rectify this poorly run store. I have had a few bad experiences at this branch and guess what......again this evening one of my orders was wrong wrong wrong......What more advice do you need to get this right. Contact me maybe and I'll help get this store right cos clearly whatever you are doing isn't working!
