Great vibe, great deserts(Mini waffles and ice cream bar).
The food (Chicken Gyro) was oily but still tasty.
Chips are great and have an amazing chip spice.

Well presented meals with sweet potatoe chips and veggies for the healthy sides.
1kg Ribs on special for R199.
The chicken is moist and well cooked.
Wraps are well portioned.. One of the spices is not my fave.
Overall a 3/5 experience

One of the best Greek places in Joburg! A must go and highly recommended. From the ambience to music to service and of course food is out of the world. The waitron who helped us was very knowledgeable and gave us suggestions and whatever she suggested was spot on. Although it was a bit cold as none of the heaters were working but the food u0026 service compensated for that. On the dessert side, their ice creams (Gelatos) to their waffles are mind blowing and the food is great ranging from their burgers to souvlaki and Gyros. Shall he visiting again soon!!

Beer was amazing, ribs were soso very average. The beef and lamb make it yourself shwarma was nice, but the pita bread it comes with was sitting under the meat, which made it a big soggy. Overall experience was mediocre and nothing to rave about. Rocomama next door could be a better bet.

Good; It's an easy place to grab a light lunch during working hours. We've eaten here twice and we haven't had anything bad to say. The lamb and beef in a pita was pretty good, and the chicken burgers weren't bad (although they could have been a bit more juicy). The service both times was great; I noticed both times the manager came over to check on us.

Who is in the mood for ribs on a weekly basis? Sticky ribs? Delicious sticky ribs? As soon as you have your first taste of these succulent ribs you will most likely want to go back again, and again, and again.

BBQ Workshop can be found at Rivonia Junction in Sandton Johannesburg. The restaurant’s wooden decor with woodfire oven makes the atmosphere great for friends and family alike to sit back, relax, and have a great meal for lunch or dinner, and obviously anytime for dessert
