It was my most unpleasant experience ever booking through C.A.G at The Atrium.

The security aren't helpful at all and are rude to guests and their visitors.

Admin and Management are unprofessional to rude as well. Bianca has been very rude to me and needs to get her facts straight before running her mouth. Bianca needs more training in hospitality and Management.

If she ran like her mouth, she would be in good shape.

Extremely noisy complex. And Security does nothing about it, and just sits on their phone inside the control room.

The smell in the house was just horrendous. Especially the toilet. The rooms were tiny. The reception was welcoming and so was the room service. But the smell was just too bad. It seemed that the plumbing was not done properly and water was seeping into the walls. Also the rooms were extremely tiny. The Ac was leaking in the veranda and we had to leave it open due to the smell. The Guards were very rude. Overall bad experience.

The apartment (33) was clean, the interior, awesomely beautiful with cream and grey colours. I would recommend to friends and would go back again. Just loved it!

The accommodation is beautiful and cozey. However the service is the worst I've come across. The guard was rude each time I drove in, saying I had to have a remote only later to find out that no remotes are given. This happened 3 times where he was just rude in general. The wifi didn't work and we were given the codes, but when I queried I was told it was under repairs... I was told I didn't payment for 1 night was not done. I rushed back to the place n then I was told oh that was sorted. The milk and sugar also doesn't get replaced daily

Very beautiful apartment. It comes with every kitchen and home appliance you would need to make you feel very much at home. It's centrally located in the heart of Sandton and close to most major malls and restaurants in town. However, the air conditioning system in my room would need some maintenance but I wouldn't hesitate on going back nevertheless and would highly recommend the Cube apartments anytime.

The cube is a reasonably quiet apartment complex within walking distance of a small mall. It is clean and has all the facilities required in self catering accommodation. One can also order in food using apps like uber eats.
