Won't recommend this place for many reasons. Stayed there for one year. Was only too happy to move out.

Modern and beautiful apartments in the heart of Rivonia surrounded by amenities and restaurants. I rented here for 2 years and considered buying but changed my mind for the following reasons:

- The complex can get noisy, as there's lots of young residents who like to party. There's also CAG, so visitors coming and going often
- There is a cockroach infestation - they're literally everywhere
- The bathroom window is small, and even if you shower with the door and window opened, mould is still likely to gather
- Residents are inconsiderate at the boom gates, and take the whole road when entering and existing - high accident zone
- Not sure how safe the complex is, there were cop vans in the visitor section almost every weekend

Visited a dear friend and met two new young people who were as friendly and as wholesome as my tshom tshom! The interior design of the place is beautiful, there's a petrol station and accompanying convenience store nearby! Like across the street! It's close to Sandton City...I would enjoy staying there nam. The apartments are still very new and spacious!

Wonderful built properties. Grab one, it's a nice place.

Great location. The apartments are clean and new, good size too. Right in front of the Gaubus trail and a short walk from a shopping centre.
