Thank you to the Switch familia now Golds to bring everything you need @ gym.
Nice view when you doing cardio even if want enjoy sunset. The classes are TOP and the thematic days are fun. I love the class with Sam Ryder.
Thanks Devon for understanding small details and make it one the best gym Sandton make you continue follow you goals.

I think the gym experience may be good in that they offer a wide variety of classes, however after supporting their supplement brand for years, they discontinued their supplements range without warning

Nice gym, friendly staff, decent clientele as well.

There is enough equipment for all, well laid out and very clean environment.

Can never go enough. The new extension has opened up the place nicely giving plenty of space for serious workouts.

Just started Gymming here in the begging of the month although it's still a new gym I believe it has alot of potential. I love the energy and how everyday it feels like a new adventure. So much so it feel like A haven a place of refuge. Although there is still point of growth I'm extremely happy with the experience and the benefit of its month to month contract which is a huge indicator that they really consider the needs of a collective

what happened to the supplements supply, the mass gainers were really effective and had a very nice, smooth taste
