Worse night of my life, I got there hoping to pay at the reception but when I got there there was no reception only the security team, they told me I can only pay online so I did via booking.com, I then showed the security team the confirmation number and pin. I was then told I need an apartment number and I can only get it from the apartment manager/agent so I called the number that Booking.com provided and the number was off. I was at the reception from 16:00 to 20:00 trying to get hold of the manager still no luck, I ended calling Booking.com as well that also tried to call the property manager but also couldn’t reach him due to his or her phone being off and still off till today. I ended up sleeping at the garage and Booking.com refuses to refund me till today even though I didn’t sleep at the place.
